Welcome! I’m Lex, a qualified, accredited Nutritionist. My aim is to help you to feel better now and to support your health for the long-term.
Wherever we find ourselves, I’m interested in how our choices shape our lifelong health. Rather than extremes, making small, responsive and consistent changes can have a profound and lasting impact on our wellbeing.
I qualified in 2018 as a Nutritionist and Life Coach. Since then, I’ve supported people to build sustainable habits that fit real life - however that might look. I take a practical, evidence-based approach to help people understand how their body responds to food, movement, adversity and care, and create change that leads to meaningful improvement.

Your first session lasts up to 90 minutes, via video call. During this appointment, I take a thorough background and we discuss your health history, lifestyle, nutrition, and any current concerns. This gives me the context I need to understand what’s going on and what support will be most useful for you.
After the session
After our appointment, I send a follow-up email with personalised recommendations based on what we’ve discussed. These are practical and realistic, and designed to fit into your day-to-day life.

This is a chance to review progress, address any questions, and adjust recommendations if needed.
